Most rooms on campus come "As Is" unless approved otherwise by the facility coordinator. The following are the most common set-up types requested and available on campus.

Open Conference

Closed Conference

Closed conference layout - tables arranged in a closed square with chairs along the outside.

Boardroom

Boardroom event layout - long rectangular table with chairs lining the long sides and a single chair on each short side.

Lecture

Lecture event layout - multiple rows of chairs with a stage or podium at the front of the room.

Exhibit

Exhibit layout - large room with tables lining the walls.

Banquet

Banquet layout - multiple round tables distributed throughout the room.

Classroom

Classroom layout - multiple rows of tables with seating.

TEAL Classroom
