Production Services provides sound, lighting, and video projection support for all kinds of events on campus, both large and small. From concerts to lectures, movies to plays, fashion shows to press conferences, and everything in between, we provide the technical support you need to make your program a success. Production Services Pricing
Each event is different and has individual needs. For prices, please contact your Production Manager or the University Events Production Team at 859-257-6617 or at EventProduction@uky.edu to discuss what we can provide for your event and provide an accurate cost estimate.
Due to scheduling coordination with staffing for each event, an additional fee may be assessed if we are not made aware of service needs within 6 business days of your event date. Please ensure you mention all technical needs with your Event Manager and Production Manager in order to secure Production Services.
Cost estimates are subject to change based on actual equipment and staffing utilization at the discretion of your assigned Production Services Manager.
Prices are reevaluated annually and any changes take effect July 1 for the fiscal year.
